SOCIAL PROGRAMME

Get together party on Tuesday the 17^th of April at 6.00 p.m..

Buffet Style Lunches will be served on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at the Conference location
In the morning of the 19th of April, we will go and visit the Ford Motor Company in Valencia. A bus will take all participants to the factory where we will be shown round from 9.30 a.m. till 12.00.
We will return to Valencia by bus, where we will go into the afternoon session.

The Conference Dinner will be held on Thursday the 19^th of April at 7.00 p.m. (more information to follow shortly.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

We have set aside, a number of rooms (student and visiting professor's rooms) at the Colegio Mayor, Galileo Galilei, for the participants to the Euromedia'2001 conference This on-site college hotel boats a complete shopping centre with thirteen shops  restaurants and coffeehouses. Alternative accommodations are also available at the hotels mentioned below. For all accommodations participants have to book direct with ULTRAMAR TRAVEL and use the Euromedia '2001 - ECEC 2001 conference hotel registration form to get the prices mentioned below. Reservations are only valid when confirmed by credit card and/or a one night deposit has been paid to ULTRAMAR..
Rooms will be kept available for conference participants until 1 month before the event.

Delegates are responsible for making their own reservation and settling the bill on departure. Please use the ECEC'2001- Euromedia'2001 FORM when making the booking to qualify for the special rates.
