Deadlines and Fees

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION in A4-Format (8,26x11,69in)  
(LETTER FORMAT will NOT work !!!!)
as PDF-file with all FONTS EMBEDDED

Each full paper submission (7 pages at most) will be reviewed by several members of the International Program Committee.

With acceptance of the relevant track chair some papers might be up to 10 pages
but each page over 7 will have to be paid for: 20€ per additional page.

Only original papers which have not been published elsewhere will be accepted. 
The language of the papers has to be English.

Authors are expected to register early and to attend the conference at their own expense 
to present the accepted papers.

If  registration and payment are not made on time, 
the paper will not be published in the Conference Proceedings. 

In case of multiple authors, one author should be identified as the corresponding author for the paper.
Submissions have to be in A4-Format (8,26x11,69in) !!! and must clearly indicate the affiliation, postal address, telephone number and email address of the corresponding author. A short bio should be included for each author at the end of the paper. A regular paper should not have more than 7 pages. Some extended papers may have up to 10 pages but that has to be agreed on by the related track chairs and an additional fee of 20€/per page will be asked for.

An author kit with complete instructions for preparing a final paper for the Proceedings as well as registration information can be found on the corresponding webpage. The final paper  must be received via the automatic submission system by 15 April 2008.

In order to guarantee a high-quality conference, the final papers will be reviewed as well, to check whether the suggestions of the referees have been incorporated, and whether the formatting instructions have been taken into account.

Outstanding paper award

The 2008 European Conference on Modelling and Simulation will select an Outstanding Paper.
