VR / AR IN MODELLING and SIMULATION (VR-AR)

This track provides the possibility to present the latest techniques and applications in the area of Virtual and Augmented Reality in Modeling and Simulation. 

The track is sponsored by the INTUITION NoE on Virtual Reality and Virtual Environments (www.intuition-eunetwork.org).
Papers addressing all topics of VR & AR are welcomed. Contributions could focus on an application area or provide insights on general technology issues and user practices.
In particular real end user applications suited for industrial or training purposes are encouraged. Examples of application areas are:
1. Medicine
2. Automotive
3. Aerospace
4. Constructions and other
General papers not dealing with specific case studies should concentrate on new methods or use cases of VR/AR in modeling and simulation or user-based studies on this issue.

Original papers written in English are solicited for consideration on the basis of a full paper review and accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings.
Selected papers from this session will be considered for publication in a special issue of the International Journal of Virtual Reality (IJVR).
