Paper submission: PDF - only

FORMAT has to be: A4 (8,26x11,69in) = (21x29,7cm)

All Fonts EMBEDDED (please check google for the programme you are using on how to embedd ALL fonts (INCLUDING STANDARD fonts))

7 pages max.
extended paper (possible only with agreement of chair): up to 10 pages (additional fee of €30 / page)

Acceptance notification April 10, 2020

Final paper with received payment before May 2, 2020

Conference can not take place due to current pandemic ECMS2020 proceedings will be printed and
published online as always

FEES:

Publication Fee for one paper to be published
€ 250

Each paper will be reviewed by several members of the International Program Committee.

Only original papers which have not been published elsewhere will be accepted.
The language of the papers has to be English.

If payment is not made on time, the paper will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.

In case of multiple authors, one author should be identified as the corresponding author for the paper and paper must clearly indicate his/her affiliation, postal address, telephone number and email address.

A short bio should be included for each author at the end of the paper.

In order to guarantee a high-quality conference, the final papers will be reviewed as well, to check whether the suggestions of the referees have been incorporated, and whether the formatting instructions have been taken into account. A final submission might not be accepted in case the changes asked for have not been implemented.
