This course will cover the background to the development of the HLA, and the University outreach program, describe the HLA in some technical detail, describe the role of MISS-Chico in the University Outreacgh Program and the results produced so far, and finish with a description of future plans including the development of a joint HLA federation with the unviersities of Hamburg and Genoa (Savona). An online-demonstration is envisaged.
