Abstract:

This paper presents GMOD+, an innovative modeling tool for behavioral tax-benefit microsimulation in Germany. GMOD+ is an evolution of the GMOD project. This new suite includes an extended data base and a state of the art microeconometric behavioral simulation model for analyzing the impact of complex tax-benefit reforms in Germany on the labor market.
