Abstract: |
Determining
the specific growth rate in beer production is essential for the accuracy of
the models describing the biomass accumulation kinetics. Some analytical
methods for determining the specific biomass growth rate in beer production
have been addressed in the present paper. Eight different methods of
linearization of the microbial growth equation have been studied, and the
various aspects, advantages and disadvantages of the methods have been
discussed. |
