Fee Payment page

The fee payment can be accomplished either on-line using secure credit card processing by PayPal or alternatively by bank transfer.
If you choose to pay on-line by credit/debit card please follow steps 1-3.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer please follow step 4-6.
