Important Guidelines for submitting your FINAL paper
(since all papers will be merged and published with a Digital Printing System)

Papers which do not meet these guidelines can not be published !

• PDF FILE - format  A4 = 210 x 297 mm
   (letter format will NOT be accepted)

• 2 columns with NO page-numbers

• All Fonts embedded (see link below)
  Explanation on how to embedd all fonts in a PDF FILE:

• max. 7 pages
  extended paper (possible only with agreement of chair): up to 10 pages
  (additional fee of €30/page over 7)

Please read the following before submitting a final paper:

With submitting a final paper to ECMS, the author/s states that this work has not been previously published elsewhere, or, if it has, that he has obtained permission for its publication by ECMS or its appointed agent.
The author exclusively transfers to European Council for Modelling and Simulation all rights granted to him/her by the copyright laws of United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and other countries.
After this work has been published by ECMS the author/s retains the right to republish it in whole or in part in any book of which he/she is an author or editor and to make personal use of this work in lectures, courses, or otherwise by mentioning ECMS copyright.

offers each paper as a PDF file with the copyright footprint on first page - this version may be used for further publication of the author/s.

With submitting a final paper you ensure that at least ONE AUTHOR will take part at the conference and present the paper !

Abstract (less than 400 words)

TRACK* please check our TRACK -webpage and choose the main topic your paper shall be reviewed in and being presented in case of acceptance.

After your paper got uploaded successfully you and your co-authors will receive a confirmation-email !!!!

We do not give any support to Latex-users!

You may use Latex but you have to make sure your pdf file meets the guidelines above.
