TOPICS:

The Industrial Application track focuses on the use of simulation as support to the production management, the re-engineering of existing facilities and the design of new processes, products and services. In this area the use of simulation is a critical issue for improving competitiveness and quality of the production; simulation is applied as an advanced link between concurrent teams, different company offices for supporting decision and performing technical analysis.

The Industrial topics include applications of Simulation to production support systems such as CAPP , MRP, MRP II, CAD, CAM, CAE, SPC etc. The track includes the applications of Simulation to Services for improving the organization, the Quality Assurance (ISO 9000) and the project management and the Environmental Management (ISO 14000).
