Abstract: |
The effect of
the original wort extract on the biomass growth
rate was examined in the present work. For this purpose, analytical
dependencies to determine the kinetic parameters that reveal different sides
of the fermentation process, have been used. The
joint influence of the wort extract and the
immobilization process on the growth of the microbial population as well as
on the accuracy of the analytical dependences used to describe the microbial
growth kinetics in the yeast population was established by analyzing the
kinetics of the fermentation process. |
